| Miguel Gifford has 20+ years of experience in the graphics and illustration field from Production Artist to Senior Technical Illustrator and now in Custom Airbrush painting. Miguel has a degree in
Advertising Design, from The Colorado Institute of Art. He has done work for magazine publishers,
color houses and then for major defense
contractors such as Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Motorola. The
responsibilities in these jobs included creating illustrations and designs for
clients using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Quark Xpress,
Pagemaker, Isodraw and Corel Draw. Duties
also included photo retouching and color correcting with Adobe Photoshop.
This work was performed on both Macintosh and PC
platforms. He currently resides in Gilford, NH in the Lakes Region near Laconia, New Hampshire. Since 2004 he has been painting motorcycles, doesn't matter if it's custom, Harley Davidson, Honda or Suzuki. He also designs T shirt graphics and airbrushes leathers, helmets, guitars, wall murals and computer cases. He specializes in murals and can and will paint just about anything. He will work with the customer to bring their ideas to life. Some of the clients in the area include The Crazy Gringo, The Paradise Beach Club, Chassis Masters and Holo-Dek. |
